Eligibility for Refunds:
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Our return policy lasts for 2-3 days from the date of purchase. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return or exchange.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, you must first contact us at youngwolfs570@gmail.com and provide your order number and details regarding the product you wish to return.
Once your return is approved, you will be sent instructions on where to ship your item. Please ensure your item is securely packaged.
Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund Processing:
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 1-2 working days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
First, check your bank account or payment method.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at youngwolf570@gmail.com and provide details regarding the issue. If approved, we will send you instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
